I am very fussy about cleaning . Am very pleased with Meide

My friend recommended Meide to me. I would gladly refer friends to them too. The registration and the process of selecting a day and time for cleaning were easy and smooth. George, the manager was very fast in responding to my queries. After a date and time was selected for cleaning, very detailed instructions were sent. That was helpful as I could be more prepared for the cleaner. Maggie was fast and detailed in her work. Definitely a satisfied customer and will engage their service again!

George was very responsive and the helper was punctual and attentive.

I paid $200+ for 2 hours cleaning as the helper has not babysitting experience. The helper don't know the basic on how to carry the baby. She carried the baby without supporting the neck. She is not familiar with changing diaper at all.

I don't need 12 hours of house cleaning in 2 days. Unable to deliver as promised and refuse to come up with resolution. No hotline for contact.

I booked this agency for a nanny job, I have 4 kids and just relocated to Singapore a few months ago. I needed a nanny to relieve some tress and have fun but dealing with the agency administrator was the most stressful experience I’ve had in my life. The original nanny I booked had a family emergency when I received the message from the nanny no one from the agency reached out to me. I had to reach out to Sofia (angency contact) to see if she was going to provide a replacement. An hour and a half later I get an unclear response on WhatsApp, I asked her to give me a call. She proceeded to text me again. I asked her to call me again to clarify, keep in mind the uncertainty of the nanny replacement ruined all the plans I had for the day. She finally called me back she was rude disruptive and unrelenting, refusing to apologize for her lack of communication. I just paid them almost 1k because I reserved a couple of days with the nanny service. I truly regret booking with them. The Nannie’s are sweet but you have to communicate with a greedy, ruthless, arrogant woman.

Was assigned a helper who can speak mandarin and she is meticulous in her work as well. Very satisfied and will engage in her services again in the future.

We found an amazing babysitter for our child.

I had engaged Meide services for our ad hoc house cleaning since 2 years ago. The booking platform is easy to use and the admin responds quite quickly. Depending on which cleaner you get but generally I didn’t have any issues with any of them so far. The older folks (mother in law and mum) were abit more particular so they were more happy with some than others. Our recent help was Ms Kim and my mum was very happy with her work. She was meticulous when cleaning the mirror and all the table tops, lifting up every item carefully to clean the bottom.

I am very satisfied with the service from meide.sg! The staff were friendly and professional, communication was smooth, and the process was fast and efficient. The price is reasonable for the quality provided. Highly recommended!
