Ridiculous casino

Ridiculous casino. All the time my account was verified until I tried to withdraw £800 today. And it’s happen second time. Around 2 months ago was the same situation. I couldn’t withdraw money so I decided to gamble Iost everything. After that my account was miraculously verified. Today they asked me for screenshot from Apple Pay virtual card what is impossible to do as IPhone making this screenshots blank. Also they wanted profe from transaction what was more then half year ago. I’m waiting for verification now. Normally it takes up to an hour but today I even didn’t get email that they received my documents.

Terrible experience with this site

Terrible experience with this site . Willing to take your funds while depositing. When it comes to withdrawing funds they want so many documents. To top it off they shut my account with over £600 of winnings which they saying is a breach of t&c shocking as I have provided all the evidence and documents that have been asked for . STAY AWAY

Scam site.

Scam site. Playing wacky panda. 1p spins. Over 10p a time was taken. Nothing but thieves and scammers. Low pay out. Laggy jumpy games that further show its rigged. Avoid and use another casino. This is on a par with the worse ones out there.

First time player bad experience… won and locked out with out winnings

Played for first time with
Ongoing problems registering and logging in after being disconnected after winning. Minute I started winning I kept getting disconnected. Went back in and all my winnings gone. Live chat told me to do the usual clear cache, change device etc which I tried but unable to log in, reset password or re register. Told to switch from phone to tablet and back to phone so spent hours on various live chats. At one point a game came up telling me it was freeplay and wouldn’t allow me to exit it without playing it. Thought it was a glitch or bonus game so played 6/7 spins then realised afterwards it was £2 bets. Was told by agent I used my deposit and winnings on that game and would not be able to retrieve it and they would escalate my issue. So even if I did £2 bets 6/7 spins wern’t enough to take all my money. So annoyed that the game I was originally in was playing well enough for me and then boom…. Disconnection, loss of money n no winnings and no way to get on again. I’m hoping this can be resolved but by reading these reviews I don’t hold out much hope. There is an ombudsman for gaming I’m assuming but I hope that won’t be necessary 🙏🏻. So first timeplayer…..I played for an hr or two and spent 3-4 hrs bouncing from tablet to phone and chat to chat on each device and lost my winnings. Sad, bad experience for a newbie

8 months play 85% overall RTP( absolutely rock bottom) around 3 grand wasted on this site, RNG is absolutely shocking stats. RTP per game out of 200 on the same game should be illegal don’t wast your time they have a choice selection on what RTP slots to take they all choose the lowest slot so you will never win. I have played many casinos this is the worst yet by along shot. As I say the slots on here are basically boarderline legal, don’t get sucked into it.

Absolute disgrace I was playing reel…

Absolute disgrace I was playing reel king Jo and got a bonus entered the free spins bonus and collected enough symbols to get a further 10 free spins with 2x winnings and it stoped collecting symbols and cash amounts even though symbols to collect where landing. The game stopped progress and didn’t pay out winnings or continue with further free spins. That was on 15th April I reported it immediately and was told it was escalated to the correct department and I would receive an email when it had been sorted but couldn’t give me a time frame. It has nearly been two weeks now and nothing still not resolved and still not received my winnings and it wasn’t a small amount one spin was a £50 win that’s not including the other 9 spins or the further 10 free spins at 3x I should have got. Have been told it goes on date order to be resolved so there must be a lot of games having issues and not paying for it to take nearly 2 weeks and still not resolve my issue. Would avoid !!

The winning from the first 10 free spins paid and then the next 10 free spins triggered and even though cash was landing with the collect symbol it didn’t collect any of the cash amounts it also didn’t progress to the next stage which would have been 10 further free spins at x3 as symbols and cash where not being collected. Also I have been told the correct department where looking into this as customer support could not assist yet I have received an email from customer support not even stating the reference number that I was given in regards to this. It now seems I am being fobbed of with no clear explanation or evidence to support this even though this was made a formal complaint! Also the response to a formal complaint was unprofessional and lacked any evidence requested by myself.

UPDATE Megariches despite you saying my bonus has been added it hasn't your welcome bonus states * 100% deposit match up to €25 on your first deposit and 50 Welcome Spins on Ancient Fortunes Poseidon Megaways (Wowpot Jackpot). Safer gambling here doesn’t exist

Been playing with the site for months, had over £2500 in my balance & requested a withdrawal to be told they needed to verify my payment method, (requesting documents only when a withdrawal has been requested is actually against the law). I spoke with live chat & asked they restrict £2200 to prevent me losing these funds whilst awaiting card verification to allow me to withdraw. I was encouraged not to lock myself out of my account & Erik on live chat advised he would set a limit that meant I could not lose more than £300 of my current balance. He confirmed the limit had been set & would not take into account any previous winnings & would be effective based on my current balance, therefore not allowing my balance to go under £2200 for at least 24 hours.
I was then allowed to spend my entire balance in a matter of hours. When I have reached out regarding this, they just keep repeating how their limits work & completely dismissing the fact that their employee encouraged me not to take a break & set limits that did not restrict game play in any way. I have requested a refund of lost funds, I have proof of the conversation with their colleague & will be taking this further if my refund request is denied.
I will update my review accordingly,

Avoid!

This company has the most erroneous ID process I have ever encountered. Logged into my account yesterday without issue and the first time since last May. Made a deposit of £150 which said failed so tried again, success get took both deposits.

I was then unable to withdraw due to verification and this is what has occurred so far:

A copy of all cards - card ending 6206 was approved yesterday and then rejected

Card 8309 - this was showing as deactivated as I no longer have the card and then changed to rejected

I spoke to Oscar on live chat who stated I needed to upload a bank statement for card ending 8309 showing the last transaction made on that card on the 3rd May 25 - I uploaded and it was rejected because it was older than 3 months!

My new card which is the same bank account as 8309 I was then told I had to send a bank statement showing that transaction which hasn’t even cleared though the banking system yet so I uploaded the last statement within the last 30 days PLUS a screen shot showing the transaction was still pending on my online banking - rejected.

So all bar my identify documents have gone through a cycle of being approved while being rejected.

I am going to speak to the UKGC tomorrow, despite terms the legislation is clear, ID verification can not be used to prevent a withdrawal unless certain concerns are raised and in that event deposits should not be allowed.

Everyone will encounter these issues and it seems many other have on trust pilot making this an untrustworthy site making the ID process unnecessarily difficult while holding deposits.

i won money and tried to withdraw it but kept getting various excuses why i could not withdraw
when i was finally allowed to withdraw it would only let me ask for £20 then it conveniently lost my payment methods , every time i set up another method it also blocked that
