Megariches??? MegaCRAP more like!!!

I spent £173 in less than an hour, there was a Server Error every 4 or 5 spins and kept crashing, plus never got on the Bonus feature once!!!! Not happy with this site, worst one yet!!!!

They have replied to me with more lies, EVERYONE Avoid Megariches!!!!

There is no customer support service!

I sent 2 e-mails to support team and nobody gave a response!
While I was betting a game, game gave me 2 times Free Games; everything was OK. And suddenly, an Error Pop-up Message and 2nd Pop-up message appeared on my screen. The system stopped my bet while I was winning!
I reported this issue to Customer Support Team. Nobody gave a response!!!
At th night, I logged in again. I bet at the same game. And game gave me Free Games 2 times. And suddenly, an Error Pop-up Message and 2nd Pop-up message appeared on my screen again!!! The system stopped me again while I was winning!

Megariches sent an e-mail to me yesterday. And they said " A wager limit, however, is based solely on the total amount wagered and is not affected by whether you are winning or losing. Once the set wagering threshold has been reached, further gameplay will be restricted until the limit resets."
I replied this e-mail and I asked "If this is not related with loss money (I didn't lost), why did you write it is loss money??? There is no answer!!! How can we know our wager limit? While winning, why this casino stop our bet??? This is unacceptable! Because, they never stop us while losing money. When we start to win, their "wager limit" stop our bet!!!!!!!!

Used to play on here

Used to play on here. It was ok. But since they've been wanting verification it's been a nightmare. Although they still permitted me to deposit before I became verified but strangely enough, not withdraw, hmm. I finally managed to send everything, they said it was verified but then they said I need to verify a debit card I had registered on Mr. Vegas that I'd not even used for about rwo years. I went on Mr Vegas site and it said my account was verified.I sent Mega Riches a screenshot of this. I wouldn't have been able to verify it anyway as its expired since then.
I'm now being totally blanked. I am trying to withdraw £130, that's all. All this fuss for that. Disgusting treatment.

Despite me sending a screenshot of the message saying withdrawals are disabled they keep saying my account is verified. They are now ignoring me completely. They probably want me to bet with the £130 so I will lose it. I know it's not a large amount of money but now it's the principle.

Another day with no solution. Suggestions to log in from a different device failed, to go incognito failed,to use a different browser failed.
I must have had dealings with over ten people now. You couldn't actually make this up!

Despite assurances that my "withdrawals are disabled" account is being dealt with and that it has been completely verified, I still have not received any money. They even said they'd deposit it into my account manually. Constant pleas of please be patient and saying they understand my frustration, there is still no progress, and this has been going on since 29th May.

Thought this was a really good site

Thought this was a really good site, until it came to verifying documents, all went well until it got to one of my registered cards to verify. The said card was replaced by a new one after a fraud scare, it was disposed of and a new card with new details sent to me.
Mega riches casino are refusing to verify me even though proof of address, identity, bank statement and other debit card verified. I was rudely told that was it, they couldn't help and are refusing to refund the money in my account. Disgusting customer service. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Ridiculous casino

Ridiculous casino. All the time my account was verified until I tried to withdraw £800 today. And it’s happen second time. Around 2 months ago was the same situation. I couldn’t withdraw money so I decided to gamble Iost everything. After that my account was miraculously verified. Today they asked me for screenshot from Apple Pay virtual card what is impossible to do as IPhone making this screenshots blank. Also they wanted profe from transaction what was more then half year ago. I’m waiting for verification now.
