I spent 45 euros, the package never arrived with postNL and Megabuds do not respond to help me find the package or look for a solution. And without the sender's help I can't move forward. Very sad the truth because I expected something good.
I strongly suggest against purchasing on megabuds. I had already ordered few times in the past and I was satisfied with the service. In April 2024 I placed an order which I never received. I contacted several times megabuds but no answer. The website doesn't give the chance to manage orders and their policy doesn't allow to ask for a refund. A scam of 162 euros. Not cool Charlie Primas!
