very promt and kind

I was a bit shocked when I received the charge to my account. I sent an email letting them know I had cancelled and if I could receive a refund. I was thrilled to get a response immediately and a refund was in my account within minutes and not days like everywhere else. The support agent was find and so helpful. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate them.

Very good customer service

Very good customer service. I do appreciate the opportunity to look for 401(k) accounts, but there was nothing available for me so customer service really helped me with my request to cancel and was very professional.

Very Positive Experience

I thought I had cancelled my subscription but didn’t. I was charged the fee. I emailed and apologized for my oversight and asked for a refund of the fee. My rep was absolutely amazing. I got the outcome I desired and am so thankful for their help. Top notch customer service.
