She agreed to a refund thank god. Your system tho, that said 3 day free trial, and 7$ per month after that. And it said it takes over 3 days to get your results... So technically there is no free trial it's just a way to guarantee begale gets ur money, but then to do 40? Is crazy. A lot of other people online have the same issue. That's not cool.

Trash. Signed up for a 4.99 3 day review and once I realized that I would take longer then 3 days for them to gather information I canceled. They went ahead anyway and charged my card 50$..

Excellent Customer Service from Angel
My experience with the service itself didn’t work out as I had hoped, but Angel was very helpful throughout the refund process. Angel was professional, courteous, and responded promptly to my concerns. Once I decided to cancel, the refund was handled without any hassle and I received confirmation once it was completed. I really appreciate the level of customer service I received.

Customer service is great
I simply needed help getting refunded and cancelling my subscription. I reached out to the team at beagle and they didn't deny me but instead refunded me and didn't give me a hard time at all. Very helpful and I thank Angel at beagle.

Directly told me they had 1 account…
Directly told me they had 1 account they found for an old 401k and made me choose a trial plan and pay to see it. After signing up I was informed, in ver clear terms, they didn't find any records for me, but I was welcome to refer my friends and get a sign up bonus if they did. So they lied, got my money and then TOLD ME OUTRIGHT THAT THEY LIED.
