Asked for some advice regarding sizing, the reply was quick and cordial. I ultimately followed their advice and the fit is perfect. Delivery was fast and offered precise tracking throughout the whole process. Shoes are well made and the leather is beautiful, nearly impossible to think you could get a better deal for this price point.

Really easy process to return shoes
Really easy process to return shoes. Ordered one size too small and was easily able to send them back and get the correct size. The shoes themselves are fabulous! Way better in person than you can see from images online.

Excellent Customer Service
Meermin customer service is prompt, professional, and very helpful. I was stuck between which size I should choose and upon contacting their customer service on their email, I received very accurate and helpful responses which helped me choose the right size based on 3 foot measurements. All of this was done online between two different parts of the world and without the hassle to visit a shop (which did not exist anyway in my country). Thank you Meermin and I await to test the quality of the shoes (11.5 Black Calf - G) once it arrives!

Disappointing.
I ordered 102635 - BLACK FREUDENBERG shoes which are advertised to have JR soles. The shoes the were sent to me do not have JR soles. Clearly JR soles are a premium sole and I was disappointed that this switch was made. If JR soles are no longer available it should have been removed from the product description and specs on the website.
