I lost the inside washer that sandwich between the motor axle and the wheel pulley. Ailly has been a great help to get me the washer that I needed. I couldn't be any happier.
Owning 6 Meepo Boards in 4 years...
I've had Meepo boards for the past 4 years and I have been a huge fan of the products and company.
Starting with the V2 to the V3 and NLS, to owning a hurricane.
I've also tried seeing if the grass was greener on the other side with other companies and I was sadly mistaken and came right back to Meepo
Customer support in the past 8 months has been very helpful, timely in response, and accommodating for when things don't work correctly, as to be expected with literally any company.
I ride at least 2-3 times a week and have friends ride, I plan on being a long term user of Meepo for the foreseeable future.

I had a problem with my hub motors and…
I had a problem with my hub motors and when I filed a warranty claim, they replied fast and got my warranty on the hub motors! Great customer service, no complaints!
Bonnie was absolutely fantastic
Bonnie was absolutely fantastic when it came to customer support. I have zero complaints, she went above and beyond. My issue arose on March 27th when I first sent an email and by March 30th I had received a tracking number. I love my meepo v4s and plan on purchasing v5 soon hopefully!

I love my Meepo board. Recently I had an issue with the hub motor so I reached out to the support team. My experience was 5 star. The genuinely valued me as a customer and helped me resolve my issue super fast. Now I can get back to doing what I love, cruising on my Meepo.

Well it seems Meepo not only makes a fantastic innovative product but has fantastic customer service as well. They where quick to make sure I was more then happy with my purchase and followed through with a small issue I had to make sure I got what I needed . I enjoyed the mini 2s so much I had to order a shuffle s to try next.
My girlfriend said if I buy another meepo board she might leave: looks like I'm going to miss her😜🤷🤣

The Cyclone Future Tubeless wheels are…
The Cyclone Future Tubeless wheels are my Number 1 choice for ESk8 builds.
Very stable, excellent traction, very good for all terrain and high speed.
I felt very comfortable at 40 mph (top speed on my board)
I’ve had a dozen other wheels sets on boards in the past, these are by far my favorite for all around performance.
Paired with 12s8p and 63100 motors, I’ve been shredding hard with zero lost traction.
I honestly can’t say enough great things about the Cyclone Future Tubeless tires.
Definitely Worth the extra cost, I’ll absolutely be buying these for more ESk8 beast builds.

Broke within 1 minute of riding
Was so excited to get my brand new mini 2s ER. I unpacked it, read through all of the documents and materials and brought the board outside to give it an initial ride. Within 1 minute, the back wheel/hub motor flew off as I was going about 10 mph. I contacted support right away but it is difficult to get ahold of them since I believe they are based in China (12 hour time difference). I had to send pictures of the problem and the solution was them shipping me a new hub motor to install myself. I am still waiting on the replacement to be shipped but I am hopeful that it works. It just stinks that I payed $600 for it to break right away and now have to fix it myself… The board itself seems to be solid though and hopefully it is just a fluke since all other reviews seem to be very positive. I will be happy to update my review after receiving/riding with the new motor.
**update - The board originally took 1 week to get but now I have to wait an extra 14 days to get a replacement part so I can fix it myself.
Don’t listen to what other people say
I got the Meepo voyager X due to its amazing specs and being the ideal board for what I needed. Everyone warned me about the customer support, and how awful it is… but when my remote had an issue and started rapidly accelerating mid ride through me off the board , then not turning on, I was worried I would not be sent a new one. To my surprise, they helped with the issue and it only took 3 days to get everything sorted out. Everyone was super respectful, and made my life extremely easy. I am very satisfied and am here to tell you that their customer service seems genuine and they actually want to help. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Fast shipping, high performance boards, and amazing customer service! I had several issues with my board and after a month of chatting, the board now runs exponentially well! Really happy about the commitment to their customer base.
Great board and awesome customer support
I have the shuffle v4 and I love it. Ordered new donut wheels but had an issue with one of the motor wheels. Contacted support and they sent me a replacement. Support was very easy to work with and their response is quick.

Great Board and even better customer service
Bought a Meepo Hurricane board and was absolutely stoked about it. Great performance, great look and definitely great value for the money. Only problem was the battery having some bad cells and due to that shutting off while still having 2 bars. Luckily the Meepo Customer Service is awesome and they only needed a video of the problem to send me a new battery and fix the problem. Definitely my go-to company for eboards from now on!
