I ordered a new motor for my Meepo mini…

I ordered a new motor for my Meepo mini 2, emailed the team for some advice and got through to a legend called Danny. He let me know that the motor I ordered was not compatible with my Meepo, Danny the hero send out the right motor for me no charge or fee's and completely saved the day. I highly recommend Meepo and the customer service I have received has been outstanding, I would give more then 5 stars if I could. Danny you are a true hero! many thanks bro.

Holy guacamole what service

Holy guacamole what service. I kept coming at them with more questions and they kept coming at me with more answers. I would’ve thrown me in the trash but they just threw me all the help I needed. Due to time zone difference every time I asked a question I woke up to an answer! Which unfortunately for them gave me time to think up another question. Can’t thank them enough for sticking with me through it all. So excited to get the board back on the road!!

Let’s go Meepo

Wow. What a great experience so far. I purchased my board in March and I waited to ensure the product was well built. Let me tell you it is! Also, customer service are quick to respond and rectify any issue/ complaint a patron may have. The best part is you can purchase parts to fix the board/product yourself !! The staff at Meepo know what they are doing and they are doing it well.

FIVE STAR!

From the initial purchase, to the lost package in the mail, the customer service was five star quality. I appreciate their help. IF you are patient enough to wait weeks for your order, trust that they will deliver as promised!

The customer service is excellent

The customer service is excellent. It is in China but pretty much always get a email response within 24 hours and does everything they can solve my issues. The warranty is short but at least the customer service is fast, responsive, and they do what they can to solve my problem outside the warranty.

The staff member was efficient!!

The staff member was patient, kind, and efficient! I had a battery issue with my Voyager X. They worked with me to diagnose the board’s issues and afterwards immediately prepared to deliver a solution. Thanks Meepo!!

Wow Meepo is Amazing!!!

First, I would like to say that everyone I dealt with from Meepo was professional and very kind. When I received my order they went far beyond what they were to do and did more than what I had expected. They didn't ask any questions, they only wanted to see the defect and they took care of me with another order of what I had already paid for, for FREE!!!!
Wow happy you guys are amazing. You got a customer for life. Keep making the best boards.

Cyclone 165s Future Tubeless Tire Set

Meepo Board is hands down, the best electric skateboard company in the industry. I now have over 1,500 miles on my Meepo Hurricane, and yesterday was my first ride on the new Cyclone 165s Future Tubeless Tire Set. They are the most durable, and comfortable wheels I have ever owned. Not only do they provide ultimate comfort, but the best carvability out of any wheel i've ever used. If you don't own this combination of board and wheels, what are you waiting for?

Meepo huricain review

I bought a meepo hurricane about 10 months ago, and so far the only parts i haven't replaced are the battery, motors, and deck. It has been broken for about 4 months of that time. It's fun when it works, but the key there is, when it freaking works. Meepos customer service is down right horrible, you will get one email back a day, if that. My board has been broken for the last 2 months. I have known exactly what is wrong with it from day 1 and they refused to believe me. After 2 months of back and forth, waisting my limited warranty time, and then sending me the wrong parts, they finally sent me what i need. It still isn't here though, if you expect fast shipping you will be disappointed. Long story short, im not buying a meepo again. The only reason they get 2 stars is because when it works the huricain is fun.

Support team/ Warranty

I contacted their support team when my battery started acting up and not charging. The battery read 100% when it was clearly dead. Luckily, it was still under warranty. When I contacted the team, all I had to do was send them my order/tracking number, order email, and a picture or video of the problem that was occurring. They got back to me relatively quickly and are sending me a brand new battery right now that will arrive within 1-2 weeks.

Customer Support, Terrible Build Quailty

I am updating my review 1 star, I got my board (Meepo Hurricane) back in December and it was working perfectly for a week. After a week my charger burned out and melted the charger port along with it. I was sent a new charger and a charging module (21 days to deliver) and my board was working great for 2 days. Then my ESC completely burned out and caused the motors to lock up. I was sent out a new ESC (Another 21 days to deliver) and it was working great for about 2 weeks. Then my ESC burned out AGAIN. (18 days to deliver) I was sent out a new ESC for the second time and it was working for 1 month. One day I was just carving around, pretty aggressively and the back kingpin on my board completely snapped, and caused the entire back try to come off the board, only connection to the board was the cables. Mind you I am only 130lb, and the boards max weight is 550bs?? My warranty is almost expired and I'm waiting for their support to send me replacement parts. Their support is slow but they have help me with all the issues I've been having.

I accidentally ordered 120mm cloud…

I accidentally ordered 120mm cloud wheels for the hurricane but I needed them for my voyager. The belt size is different. Meepo is sending me the correct 265mm belts at no charge. I've made meepo my e skateboard brand so I'm glad to know they backed me up when I needed it
