The whole process of studying with Medtrain was great, the staff would always answer my concerns promptly, and my work was marked within hours, which was amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Medtrain as a great studying organisation to be involved with.

I really enjoyed my experience with Medical Administration Training, no only were they very quick to respond whenever I made enquiries, I also found the trainers/assessors to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Furthermore the turnaround time to have assessments marked was very fast!

From the onset of the online course, I felt as though I had a team in the background helping when and if I needed it.

I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. I have always enjoyed expanding my mind and challenging myself to be better. MAT Health Administration gave me this and more. I had never done online study before, but the whole experience was easy and very easy to follow. I would certainly recommend this course.

Easy to navigate the system, however it would have been better to be able to download a PDF version of the learning material and a resource to keep to refer back to in future.

The communication with the MAT was straight forward, when I had any questions or concerns I was able to have them answered promptly. On the other hand with the trainers, I would have liked to be able to attend online forums and chat sessions to discuss some of the content as I struggled with comprehension. I had to turn to my friends and family to get help. I believe the trainer should be easily contactable to do this with.

I had a great experience doing this course, the information was good, the support was there if needed and the trainers were very quick to mark my work and give great feedback. My certificate was posted out as soon as completed. Very happy, highly recommend 😊

Teaching and Learning material were clear and informative also the chosen interface was easy on the eye so it was a pleasant learning environment. Assignments turn a round time was great helped me in finishing the course earlier than I expected.

Excellent course!

Being able to work from home gave me great flexibility.
Unfortunately due to covid, access to training and work place facilities were unavailable so the transition to a work place may be a little more difficult and may take a little longer than would normally be expected.

Everything was very relevant, and help was there when needed. Quite a lot of the answers needed to be found by the student, and weren't in the reading material. I did however enjoy doing my training, and I will now read through the extra reading material that has been provided. I'm hoping this may help with getting employment in the industry. However a lot of places do still require experience in at least administration to be considered. So I'll just have to see how I go.

The process was really easy and quick... The marking process was really quick.. The staff was friendly and helpful.. The only thing I would have found more helpful would have been video's explaining the assessments, I had this from my previous training provider and this worked great as that cleared up a lot of questions I had while working on my assessments without having to reach out to my trainers.

MAT is a very caring and considering institution that allows everyone an opportunity to gain knowledge, no matter what one will be going through or environmental constraints.
Their Diploma of Practice Management has simultaneously given me analytical, and evaluative skills in relation to governance styles and their impact, situation & stakeholder management, complex problems solving techniques, legislation, policies and procedures withing the health industry. The fascinating thing about these skills is they apply to all industries.

I enjoyed my Certificate III in Medical Administration. The entire course was online - which meant I could get through it as quickly as I wanted. Even though it was online though, I still felt really supported by the team - who were lightning fast at replying to any questions I had, but also in marking my modules. Highly recommend this course.

The teachers were helpfull and understanding, the admin were amazing. I dont usually enjoy study but i definitely did this time and will be back again
