If you happen to buy in Amazon.de or Amazon.pl from this shop, and you ever face a problem, prepare to fight your rights in court because:

-As a marketplace seller that provides their deliveries through external companies, Amazon will shrug off the issue to the Seller/Delivery company.
-If you have to ever report an issue that is covered under EU's consumer law, Medimops/Momox will simply use their automated response bot to tire you out with nonsensical responses.

This is a brilliant method to make money from buyers unwilling to pursue their rights legally because the amounts are not worth it.

Stay away from any contact with this firm. You will lose your patience and money.

So far I had the greatest experience with Medimops. Went after some dvds I was searching for a while and really got them in about a week time, with very affordable prices. No complaints at all so far.

After a difficult period that the post did not work properly, finally we can get parcels from abroad in good condition. The CDs I ordered arrived on time and in perfect condition.

The delivery was fast and the books were in the described condition - used but clean and well kept. I didn't get a notification of the parcel being sent, but otherwise I was kept well informed.

Since the first time I ordered books I'm having only good experiences with medimops. I'm a book lover and I also read in many languages, it's great that here I find so many languages available, it makes living abroad easier. I also like that PayPal is available as a payment method, the whole payment process is fast and uncomplicated. Delivery is normal, the packages always arrived in good conditions and on time. I love that books get a second, third chance and that I can find older editions of books I like.

Good quality sound on cds and covers usually intakt and clean. Generally fairly fast service all round. Could do with a bit more infos on Books in orig. English. 04.03

I ordered 9 CDs worth 80€ and all the boxes arrived broken. The packaging is very fragile and weak, just a padded envelope (which arrived broken in several places) where the CDs are put. The CDs are loose inside the envelope and they hit each other, so the boxes break. When you buy 1, 2 or 3 cheap CDs with a low shipping price I can understand it, but when you buy many CDs with a high value and pay 8€ for shipping, I don't understand it, they should make a strong and compact packaging. Now I will have to spend extra money to buy new boxes to replace them.

The day after I wrote the review, they contacted me and quickly solved the problem. They gave me a small refund for the damaged boxes. Therefore, I have changed my review. This is the second time I have had a problem or setback with Medimops and the day after I wrote to customer service, they fixed it.

I paid for my book and they didnt even send it. Bastards

It is great to find used books, movies, music and games at very affordable prices. I enjoy Medimops very much and I use it as often as I can.

After sales is terrible.
Mistakes happen often, and my last two orders were totally wrong.
One order has to be returned to England, the other order has to be returned to Germany.
Costly returns that you will eventually get reimbursed.
There are many alternatives to be found with better return policies.

Really disappointing experiences. I have placed so many orders with this company and I often receive the wrong item. When receiving a response to my email it's always a new person who copy and pastes a generic response. It's never just one person who takes on the full responsibility of that query. Naomie Russe with her rude response didn't even check my query properly before responding to me.

I was advised to send packages back untracked and uninsured, and guess what? My packages never arrived according to medimops.

When the experience is good, it's good but when it's bad it's exhausting and awful.

I ordered a book. They sent the wrong one. They asked me to send it back, which I did at my expenses; they didn’t reimburse me for that. Instead of then sending the correct book they reimbursed the very cheap wrong one and did not correct the error. I only got arrogant and impolite responses from somebody called Naomie Russe.

Ordered a book and they sent it without tracking ID.Every question I asked was responded by an AI. Hopefully the book can arrive in the next given date or I will issue a refund. Never ordering again from the tho..

I ordered a second hand book ((request number 15556690) on 4th of January. The book was going to be delivered in Austria. After multiple emails I was informed that only on 30th of January , the company could start an investigation and refund me.
Yesterday (30th of January) I requested a refund and today I received a silly email saying that in some situations the client has to wait for 20 days before receiving the book.
There was no mention in the email of my request of being refunded.
I am leaving Austria tomorrow and go back to Australia.
This is absolutely shameful and it should be investigated. They have taken my money and are dismissing my request of being refunded.

Got an older edition of several of my university books for dirt cheap. Also lots of normal reading books. Good stuff, keep it up

Everything went well but i would have liked a book in a better state

We have been ordering DVDs which offer multiple audio and subtitle languages to help our children learn German, French and Spanish for years with medimops.de. They have great choice, reasonable prices and have consistently been reliable and the customer service has been excellent once again satisfactorily resolving one of the items getting damaged in transit.
