This is the third time we used their services. They are experts and take care of their customers.

Communication once the sale was set was impossible with the leader.His staff filled in and tried very hard.
ALL promised me a hard copy of the policy -- pretty straightforward, ONE WOULD THINK, BUT WEEKS LATER NO PAPER POLICY.!!!!!

However, the bill processed a month earlier than discussed with a $20 dolllar fee that was never discussed tagged on!!!!

Frankly, this has been disappointing to the point that I am afraid to go through with the policy change...? RESPONSE???

We have dealt with Brad Jenkins in the past. He is very professional & helpful.

The agents are excellent but hard to reach. They give you their extension, but the ladies who answer the phone don't put you through to their voice mail. They ask your name, take a message, and pass it along about 6 hours later.

I would rate 5 based on outcome although there were some problems with my contract being issued due to my application being submitted incorrectly leading to a denial of coverage. It caused me some stress (because that's the type of person I am), but turned out ok. Thanks to Brad Jenkins, Frank Bryant and other staff I have contacted there. For my husband, everything went through without a hitch.

Donald B. Jenkins was my agent, and I found him to be cordial, clear and so helpful. He was able to help me choose the very best Plan F and then registered me for the program online. My situation was a bit complicated, but he made it so sensible, and smooth, as he filled out the form for me. I am very grateful to him for this kind and helpful service which resulted in my feeling so relieved. I'm covered!.

I had a very good experience understanding about medigap policys with Brandon Ronk. He was so very nice and pleasant to talk to and he made everything so easy to understand. He's a very nice and pleasant person to do business with. Your company is very lucky to have him. I was at a point where I felt I needed to get a Medicare Supplemental insurance. The problem was I just didn’t know enough about what programs were available or how to go about getting a policy. I contacted several companies hoping to get an education. Predictably I was contacted by about a dozen firms but most were either very pushy or not knowledgeable or both! I was lucky to meet Jacob Smith and he was wonderful. He spent nearly an hour on the phone with me and gave me every detail of each plan. When I told him I needed to digest what I had learned, he was gracious and told me to call him if I had more questions. No pressure. After talking with my partner, I was convinced Jacob would be my agent. I called him the next day and we completed the application. I feel very confident that I made the right choice and I highly recommend Jacob.

Glenn Gibson was the most professional agent I've talked with In some time. And yet, he was very personal in discussing with me, what I was looking for in Medicare Supplement Insurance. He was knowledgeable and spoke in lay language, for me to understand what he was saying. From this point on, I consider Glenn Gibson a personal friend and agent, because he cares about people. I will surely send my family and friends, that have need for this type of medical coverage.

Michael Watson was extremely helpful. He answered all questions and provided information to inform me as needed. The reason I used Michael after talking to other agents is because he was persistent and friendly. He did exactly what I needed with no delay and within two hours my policy was written. I will not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to my friends and relatives. One of the best parts was it was done with phone confirmation of signature and not having to use snail mail and other means to complete. Thank you very much for your fine customer service Michael. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and patient in his explanations. He made the process very simple and stress free. I was very comfortable with him. I recommend him without reservation to anyone with insurance questions about Medicare medigap plans.

The policy was submitted with my height as 4 feet 11 inches - it should have been 5 feet 11 inches. The rep said he would resubmit it and never did.

Our agent (Kevin D) worked very hard and was very helpful in finding the right policy for us . Answered my questions and concerns. We are very happy with the Kevin and the service from Medigap360
