Two years ago I was told I couldn't change my supplemental insurance because I had a fall. The agent said he would call me this year, to see what I could do. A different agent called me right on time. He was most helpful and went above and beyond what I expected. I was able to change my plan and save money. Good job!

Medigap 360 has always got me the right medicare supplemental since I turned 65. They then helped my wife out when she turned 65 and got her the best supplemental deal too. When the premiums rise ridiculously high they recommend other comparable Insurance companies with more affordable premiums.

As a long-time client of Medigap360 I did not hesitate to call when I received a large increase from my Plan F insurer for the coming year. After two years of increases that I considered excessive, I called Medigap360's 888 number and was connected to a representative who located my information immediately. After a few updates I was transferred to the senior agent (Brad Jenkins) who has handled my account in the past. I clarified some personal medical information and was told to expect an answer in several days that turned out to be two days. I was given specific instructions how to cancel my present policy; in less that two weeks I received a card from my new carrier. I trust the information and explanations I am given by the reps and agents and appreciate their communications skills and knowledge of the supplemental programs.
