Due to the Italian Competition Authority Decision in Italy in March 2026 against misleading systematic deception in their processes and procedures. . The UK uses the same system. DUE TO FAKE 1 star REVIEWS we are no longer putting attention to this profile. Fake Reviews from Mr Gukol Raveendra and his gang. Approx 100 fake reviews from 2023 to 2026 using fake names. A court Judgment was issued for damages against Mr Raveendra for £2,795 for damage to company property. Which he paid. And another £7,000 is owed for damage to company property but he has fled the UK. Google is using its AI to place further damage on the victims. 360,00 potential Medicines Online patients so far have been misled by google as it is supporting this misleading reviews system. The Regulator and TP failed to remove these illegal 1 star reviews. TP have been reported to the Police who asked TP to remove these 1 star fake reviews in the last 3 years. 9/10 1 star reviews are from the Gang of Mr Raveendra. The result of legal letters and complaints is - zero........ We now have 3 Companies in our group please contact us on WhatsApp about any of them. The smell of freshly cleaned Clinic was so pleasant.
I had to make a review as it’s a very nice feeling and very friendly staff. Thank you. Everything is great with the location and the service.

I love the click and collect service
I love the click and collect service. It’s very easy to get my Rapid Chlamydia Results. Only 10 min.
I met with Rahul who said I can make the test and if I am positive I can order a prescription.
Fortunately I am negative. It’s comfortable to have this clinic in Clapham junction
Good service I can recommend Medicines Online. For £15 they are the best For STD testing.

Not had my test results back after two weeks , can’t find them anywhere this company is useless
The company never sent me the correct instructions, the person I spoke to completely dismissed what I was saying, was rude to me & overall I had a horrible experience with this company, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

1. You failed to label or record the tube and courier number. The instructions are clear for many hundreds of customers each month.
- Your sample may have arrived with a bunch of other unlabelled samples. or it may have been lost in the mail.
- All ISO laboratories in the UK are required to destroy such samples.
3. We offered you a new kit completely free of charge, but you refused.
4. Instead, you were abusive to our customer service team, using obscene and aggressive language. Note that abusive behaviour is illegal in the UK. And we have reported you to the police.

Let down on a couple of occasions by this company. Terrible communication, disjointed customer services and a clunky complaints procedure which I believe is to put you off pursuing any complaint. If you have an alternative to their services, I'd be inclined to go with that instead. 1 Star.

A police report is being prepared by James Manager, and the company has a court filing pending for debts of £7,000 + owed to us for property damage and unpaid training costs in the lab.

Confusing website but good support.
I found the website a bit confusing as there are two logins and it isn't clear that one is for employees. Their support through WhatsApp was very helpful and resolved my issues. You want to use the login button at the top right and not the clinic login in the sidebar.

Lovely people, fast results
I didn’t manage to get enough of a blood flow out my finger from the home kit, but I told customer service and they were so understanding and accommodating, they booked me a retest at my local clinic, who were just as lovely. The front desk was welcoming and my phlebotomist was friendly and chatty, taking my mind off my anxiety around needles. My test results came through very quickly too. They don’t give interpretations, but that’s what GP’s and google are for!
