Due to the Italian Competition Authority Decision in Italy in March 2026 against misleading systematic deception in their processes and procedures. . The UK uses the same system. DUE TO FAKE 1 star REVIEWS we are no longer putting attention to this profile. Fake Reviews from Mr Gukol Raveendra and his gang. Approx 100 fake reviews from 2023 to 2026 using fake names. A court Judgment was issued for damages against Mr Raveendra for £2,795 for damage to company property. Which he paid. And another £7,000 is owed for damage to company property but he has fled the UK. Google is using its AI to place further damage on the victims. 360,00 potential Medicines Online patients so far have been misled by google as it is supporting this misleading reviews system. The Regulator and TP failed to remove these illegal 1 star reviews. This is a small private medical treatment blood testing place which was easy to get to I only saw 3 staff but everyone was polite no waiting time and was treated nicely. I got the results the same day.

I had difficulty getting a good blood flow and had to get a replacement kit. I found the company accessible by telephone and the person to whom I do spoke was extremely helpful. Very friendly and professional staff. Would highly recommend.

Pleased with the procedure on 2 of them ... 3rd one took a little longer to get results than hoped for but was because sent on a weds and it takes 48 hrs on the free postage to get to them ... so it arrived on a Friday
Best to return ur results on a Monday for the fastest turnaround
I emailed them about the delayed results and they responded the same day and the the results also came at same time
Would definitely use them again but will bear in mind when to send the test back... to avoid a delay (ie post on a Monday or Tuesday is best)
They do warn u about this on the site... of course they are not responsible for how fast or slow Royal Mail are

Customer service is excellent, I used What’s App. It’s the best What’s App service I’ve ever experienced with a company.
I would recommend this company for blood tests, however I was unable to do mine due to my own error, in total I was sent two replacements free of charge so I could try again!
The lab results come back the following day!
Unfortunately my sample was not valid as the blood had separated, again, this is my own fault as I struggled to get any blood out!

The IVD device is shockingly badly…
This is a true revew. To date I am unable to get support for a cancer screening test (Shocking). There is no customer support. The website and phone line direct you to WhatsApp: 07737 331342. The UK contact number Phone No: 020 3637 0384 is not manned and directs you to whats app. The IVD device is shockingly badly designed with numberous components not in English. No IFU but only a patient instruction with writing so small it's illegable and steps and images taht do not correspond to the supplies received. Not sure how this is legal as both MDD and MDR regualtions require strict support especially in cancer detection IVD and usability validations to ensure an IFU is provided that would prevent user-errors. Very suspicious if this is actually CE marked based on the lack of regulatory compliance. A lot of the material is is Dutch but used in the UK.

-UKAS Certified Lab Processes the Test that you ordered. (yes, we have the history records to prove this. It's not a popular test at all)
1. At first, this person said there were no instructions.
1a. And then that we don't answer emails or SMS or WhatsApp
2. Then they said there is no CE
3. Now, another story
- After 3 weeks of false complaints, including that we don't reply. You finally decided to contact us. Thats progress.
- And only 1 person has complained about our instructions. (you). (and yes, we have proof of this). However, we agree that you have good suggestions for the instructions. And now it is improved. Please give us further feedback, preferably not in Trustpilot.
We searched our call and communications inbound records until June 3rd. (All our communications are digital. We keep the data for 12 months.) It's just false that we never reply to customers or you.
