Deeply disappointed

Deeply disappointed, I was so hopeful that FunMed would help me with managing my chronic illnesses, however they are more concerned with keeping they're high success rate than helping a patient... I was denied care after my first round of blood work, deemed too unhealthy by the healthcare team. I never got to speak with a health coach or doctor about my situation, they canceled my membership and told me to go my primary care to receive medical treatment, (whom is partially to blame for my poor results, poisoning me with a high long term dose of iron). I was honest about my situation and multiple diagnosis' in the questionnaire, I'm struggling to figure out how to balance everything on my own. No where on the site has health requirements to be a part of any membership, based on the marketing I thought this program could truly help me change my quality of life and give me the support and guidance I need to get well again. It completely devastated me to not be given the chance to work with the care team, I had seen this opportunity as my last hope to figure things out, get answers, and get my life back. Now they are trying to charge me for blood tests that I paid for as part of the membership.
