I tried to get my Medicare medical…

I tried to get my Medicare medical insurance taken care of on line and it kept telling me to change my password. 3 or 4 times! I called them and am on a waiting list to be called. It’s VERY frustrating

Insurance Companies Criminal Organizations

Was able to find new plan, with Mederna same price more benefits. This experience made me come to the conclusion that Insurance Companies are criminal organizations that need to be put out of business. Replaced with a single paid system.

Our representative Erick

Our representative, Erick was great! He gave us all the info we needed and was very patient with us.
Took time to explain the plans well. He was very well informed. We ended up changing plans and think we will be much better off with new plan.
