Your representative, Telisha (sp?) was excellent! She was professional and patient while explaining each of the plans in my zip code. She asked me what my priority was and I said cost/premiums so she proceeded to explain the different plans keeping that in mind. Finally she went through all the disclosures that required a yes or no answer to confirm I understood what I was agreeing to and what I was rejecting. Finally she asked if I would like a written copy of the plan and promised to send it on to me rather than text or email. She was extremely competent, well-informed and supportive
