Orders cancelled constantly without notification
We have a recurrent order with this company for the food of our dog. This is the third time that the order is cancelled for no reason!!!
This is extremely inconvinient, specially with an allergic dog, specially not receiving any notification in advance.
When this happened before they always find a different excuse.

I bought two Feliway Diffusers for my cats. It seems to calm them down, as I have not witnessed them fighting with each other.
MedicAnimal delivered the products very shortly after I ordered them, and came in a cute box that my cat now likes to jump into.

PLACED ORDER LAST WEEK. ONE ATTEMPT TO DELIVER. COURIER CALLED SAID PACKAGE WOULD BE DELIVERED ON FRIDAY SEPT 27TH. STAYED HOME ALL DAY. NOTHING. CALLED MEDICANIMAL ON MONDAY SAID NEW PACKAGE WOULD BE DISPATCHED AND NEW TRACKING NUMBER WOULD BE EMAILED, AS OF TODAY NOTHING AGAIN! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR FIRST TIME CUSTOMER!

As we can see under the tracking for the original parcel, DPD say that the address is not correct.
We have therefore arranged for a replacement to be sent. It was despatched on 30.09. and for delivery we allow 3-4 working days from despatch.

All good
All good. I am always ordering on Medicanimal the special food for my cat. They take so time for shipping but I order on regular basis so I order in advance. I never had any problem and I ordered 13 times in 3 years already. They are using DPD, sometimes the delivery guy brings my package to a station instead of ringing the bell at my door but it has nothing to do with Medicanimal, and DHL is sadly not better :-)

It has been 8 days since I placed my order and they have not dispatched the products yet. They do not reply to my emails. They sent a mail today stating that my package was dispatched, which is not true. On the carrier company's website I can see that they have not handed over the package to them. They just sent them fake electronic information which says that a package of 0kg is sent from Great Britain!!!

I received the products on time
I received the products on time, I got them for a small bolonka mix, he sometimes respond well to the bitter spray and sometimes not at all. However with the pet corrector, it did not work with him for some reason, everytime he hears it he barks back, he gets scared but he barks back like either he thinks it's a game or he gets angry. It does have an effect, unfortunately not on him though.
