Arrived really quickly and easy to set up. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was when I called for information about purchasing the device, the girl I spoke with wasn’t very helpful or keen to make a sale. I ended up purchasing online which turned out to be easier than I thought it would be.

Love this product
Love this product. Many more features than the alarms that go through a monitoring system. Great to know you can speak directly to the wearer unless they are unconscious. Also love the fall detection function. After sales support has been very helpful. Highly recommend this product

Very good response with delivery in 3…
Very good response with delivery in 3 days from order. The unit is easily booted up with my 91 year old aunt having done it by the time I saw it! It’s quite touchy but works a treat . I wish the lanyard was adjustable as it is too long in some instances. I highly recommend the medialarm.
