Have been using Medfx for 3 years now, Started off good no problems with deliveries but over the past 2 years had had multiple problems with deliveries including prescription medication being sent to the wrong address ( including random addresses). I've had to cancel AT LEAST 3 full clinics as orders have not been delivered when pre paid for and all's i have received in return is the postage fee £7.50 ? Which goes no where in reimbursing my clients and my reputation

I’m only giving this review because of Angela who works at sales. She’s honestly so unhelpful and obstructive. She will tell you she’ll do something but does not follow through. Twice now she’s created an inconvenience for me, one time where I made an order over the weekend on the phone and made extra payment to have it delivered at a specific date, but when I called back she advised she forgot to put the order out! I can’t believe she still works here, she has the worst customer service ever. I’m just glad that the rest of the staff are professional and very good otherwise I would have moved elsewhere by now.

I am not a regular customer . So far my second attempt of ordering - the same result. The products that are not in stock and not a date in site for potential arrival are available to order on the website. They offer back order but no certain date. Then the endless refund procedure. Keep calling accounts, no result. So far two and a half weeks- no refund. I think it is time to stop referring to Covid issues.

I’ve been using Medfx for over 1 year and they are the best so far. I also use other companies to. The customer service at Medfx is outstanding, I have recently spoken the Katie Abbott who deals with accounts, she was extremely helpful and sent me my statements within minutes of asking. Although Medfx has been very busy dealing with endless requests due to lockdown ending for the aesthetic industry they have been very polite, helpful and always deliver.

Never received my order and now the website is gone.

Not received item ordered nearly 2 weeks ago.
Emailed company to ask for update as appreciate there may be a delay however they haven’t bothered to reply.

I bought the cloth face masks, simple yet comfy.
Delivery charges were nearly as much as the 5 masks I bought. This was the only downside though. Fast delivery but oh how expensive.

The vinyl gloves are just what I wanted. The box was a little squashed and the gloves are not easy to extract.

A friend suggested that I should try Medflex, and I am really glad that I did. The delivery was very fast and the quality of masks was very good as well.

These are good masks for the money and I will be buying them again
