Delivery was far too long and when I did received it the meat was virtually defrosted, I had one of the T Bone steaks and it was not up to the standard of previous ones.

The steak arrived in good order and at around 9° during this current hot weather.
The only issue I have is the website were promisinga few free steak pieces for now customers first orders but I only received the meat I paid for.

Disappointed!
Disappointedly I found the meat to be tough and tasteless and yes the price was good however it is not that far from many supermarket prices for ribeye steaks that are tastier.
In addition even though I was at home the courier left the box on the doorstep, something I believe should not happen with this type of commodity, also meat was completely defrosted when I opened it.

Affordable quality meat.
The website is easy to use with a good selection on offer, would prefer to see more lamb selection in the BBQ range. (just personal choice). Delivery on time and with enough ice packs, which kept the meat frozen. Quality of the meat that we have eaten up to now has been fantastic, the size of the chicken breast were great and split down into packs of three to feed the family. Must be the most cost effective way to purchase quality meat, in the current cost of living crisis.

Fantastic quality
I bought the 4.5 kilo sirloin joint and cut it into steaks, cooked a couple on my barbecue at the weekend and they were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.

Ordered the 1kg of marrow bones
Ordered the 1kg of marrow bones, which was under weight by 50g and only half of them had any marrow in! At £4.99 for about a table spoon of marrow I won't be buying them again.
The Blue Smoke Tomahawk steaks sold with a weight range of 1.8-2.4kg, so was expecting weight to be about 1kg each, they just made the minimum weight of 1.8kg which was disappointing as my previous orders of whole sirloins and whole ribeyes have been well over minimum weight.

Delivery arrived at 9 in the evening , being in the delivery van all day , the ice packs had melted and the meat was warm.

excellent company
Unfortunately delivery day was changed to the following day, but not an issue.
I was charged for the free meat gift in error but this was refunded without question.
The order itself came packaged in a cool bag inside the box with ice bags. Although the ice had melted (weather was very hot) the meat was very cold. The chicken breasts were huge compared to supermarket bought and all the same size and quality (16 altogether) so i was impressed, The same goes for the beef. Excellent quality and all now in the freezer. I will certainly order again. Very happy.

Bought a 4-5kgs sirloin strip
Bought a 4-5kgs sirloin strip. Was a bit sceptical but delivery arrived on time and quality of the meat was outstanding. Joint was 4.5kgs, cut into steaks for a family BBQ, everyone loved.
Happy to recommend and would happily buy from again.

Although my delivery was late due to Dpd delay, I had concern my product would spoil. I contacted seller who inturn reassured me that the packaging was appropriate for such a delay. When I received my package it was as discussed. It was not only within the right temperature the quality is outstanding and the value of the meaty beats retail price by far.
