I’d like to thank Peter at Mealzo for his help with a complaint this evening. While the restaurant itself was very unhelpful and refused to issue a refund despite the food being returned, Peter took the time to properly review the situation. He handled the matter professionally and fairly, and agreed to refund my money as a gesture of goodwill. I really appreciated his understanding and willingness to resolve the issue when the restaurant would not.
