I ordered the training DVD and unfortunately I do not have a disk Drive in either of my laptops. I then contacted the company and they refunded my money and will reach out to their supplier to try to get a digital copy.

Chance MD Spa Shop Review
Chance, the proprietor professes to want to "do the right thing" but it's all lip service. Chance operates alongside his uncle, a medical sales guy who apparenlty has a penchant for picking up really good deals and storing them in his garage. They are related to a famous TV personality and professes to be honest god fearing people. However, when Chance purchased a stolen laser which was hawked for sale at his uncle's residence in the San Fernando Valley, he quickly turned a profit by reselling it to synergy medical and then they sold it to another broker, who, you guessed it, sold it to me, the enduser. Endless talks with Chance, including with my attorney, you guessed it , went nowhere. Always always always verify ownership of any purchases, dont be rushed, dont wire money (no recourse) and don't believe anything but bonafide evidence that what you are buying is without liens and is not owned by another. Brokers hide behind, when things go south, being a middle man and they note that it is your responsibility to verify all information (so much for honesty). Convenient, right? Buyer beware. PS Dear Chance, I'm happy to remove this post and apologize in writing as soon as I get my 42,000 dollars back.

My experience with MD spa was excellent. Dustin was very helpful in answering my questions and with navigating through all the different types of equipment to best fit my needs. My equipment arrived in a timely manner and I would highly recommend them.
