Handheld showerhead doesn't come with hose
I chose the handheld shower head and was very excited to use it, but it's delivered without the hose, which I wasn't expecting. It would have been nice to know in advance I would need to make a separate purchase to use the filter.

So Far No Change
I have only used the product for 2 weeks and honestly not seen much of a difference. My hair are still shedding however I would like to give it at least 3 months to see if it actually makes a difference. I do like the fact that this is a comprehensive package that treats the problem from inside and out with vitamins, collagen powder, serum, oil and shampoo, only external treatments like oils and shampoos don't seem helpful. Delivery was quick and well explained.

I don’t have a login or way to monitor my account and shipping frequency. I still have 2 bottles of every item left and a new box has shipped. Account access is challenging. The products seem to work well, but they do require consistent use. I was out of town for a couple weeks and forgot the pills and shedding has returned

I have been using my hair products for over a year. Yes I have seen progress for sure. The customer care team have been so helpful and advising me the does and don't s and appreciate this for sure. The products itself, I have been using their shampoo, marine collagen, their oral capsules and the hair serum. The later are 2 types and have used both with advice. There was one point for about 6 months i had stopped shedding hair and saw progress finally through the hair tracker photos. Overall the products are brilliant. I just have a long way to go! Since everyone's progress is different.

Healthy skin and nails
Products always show up prompt and in a timely manner. The suppliments have made my skin and nails look a lot healthier and my nails are stronger than ever. I am only a month into my hair treatment so it's too soon to have an opinion on how well that is going but I am hopeful that regrowth will happen soon.

Not worth the money
I am just not seeing any change in my hair volume or growth at all. I'm losing still so much hair. And the supplements make my stomach turn regardless if I take them with food or not so I had to stop taking them.
