I went ahead and ordered a lovely bag - and then you tell me you don't ship to Hawaii where i live. I will no longer receive any of your emails - Hawaii is not a foreign country from the US!

Product was great. Customer service was completely lacking. My order somehow got lost and my shipment never arrived. It took several attempts to get someone to help me and it took over a month to get my order, which they had to resend new products.

The little wallet I paid $29 for, looked great online. I received it 2 months later and it is a cheap looking little wallet I would not have paid $5 for at a swap meet. Shameful.

➡️Do the bags come with certifications of authentic leather and country where they were made?

I’ve seen reviews that paperwork is in Chinese or Korean and is not translated to English. I’ve also seen reviews that bags are not stamped or labeled inside as being leather yet were advertised as such but arrive and are NOT leather. How do you assure the customer that the leather is genuine?

➡️ What shipping companies do you use? FedEx? USPS? Which ones?

I have not received a response, and they have now blocked me on facebook to prevent me from following up. The question I asked were not unprofessional and were in response to negative reviews I did see online. I am merely doing my due diligence prior to making a purchase.

I would appreciate a response, before I turn to providing a review of my own. The bags are expensive and I just wanted to make sure that if I’m paying for leather, I’m getting leather. It is unlikely I will order anything, but their actions of blocking me instead of explaining their products, is an indication that others should be aware of their business practices as well.

The throw I purchased was just like I had pictured in my minds eye-perfect size & fabric,to lay on the daybed in the summertime

Unfortunately, I still have not received my merchandise. After I last inquired about why it was delayed so long, there was an email saying it had shipped. Since then, according to the USPS tracking, it’s in the post office in Monroe Township, New Jersey, since June 1st. It says that it is awaiting the item. That doesn’t make sense to me because the email says both items were completed. I’m just confused at this point. I’ve shopped with several retailers and never ran into this problem. Could you please find out if my items are really ready and expected to be shipped to me soon? Any news would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
