I should have put NO stars. I ordered a gift certificate fit my daughter. They never responded to her tracking request. I’ve sent emails and called repeatedly only to receive a busy signal. Horrible customer service I am sad to say. Please stay away!!!!!!!!!

Do not purchase from mdbm. I believe this site is dishonest, if not a total scam. Do not purchase from them!!!
I ordered a bag years ago It was perfect. So I tried again.
This time I ordered two. They are of poor quality. One did not arrive for three weeks. The return site has an error code, so that it is not able to be used. I have now found a list of items not accpted for return that was not originally stated.( False advertising).
If I want to still return (which I do) there is a hefty return price to be paid by me. This did not exist with my original purchase years ago.
Stay away from mdbm for now. It may have once been a better producer of products. It is not anymore.

HORRENDOUS. I ordered a set in 2020 which I loved!! So much so that I went back to the company to replace the wallet to match the set. (The strap broke from YEARS of hard use, not from poor quality.) They couldn't sell me another wallet because they can't source that material anymore. Okay, that's no problem. I ordered a different one that they said was "in stock". It's been 5 weeks and I've had to chase them for updates the whole time. After all this time, my order is listed on the website as "fulfilled" but the tracking says it's still in Shanghai!! This is not a UK product. If I wanted Chinese factory made goods I would shop at TEMU or Shein. My order is still not here, and it takes DAYS to get responses to queries. I'm not hopeful this order will measure up to the last one...if it ever gets here!

False advertising. The bag is cute, but definitely not real leather.

I love the purse. The package was impecable.

This is a lovely purse and just the right size. I have a smaller one and a larger one, so to quote a nursery tale; this one is just right! It comes with a nice inside bag as well as different strap options. All my purses come from mbdm. They are all so well-made and beautiful.

This was my second purchase from mdbm and both times I was extremely impressed. I will be buying a purse like the one I just purchased for my daughter-in-law for her birthday. She hasn't stopped talking about how cute the purse is. The quality is top notch. This is one company I would highly recommend to anyone look for a high quality purse.

I regret not reading the reviews! I returned the bag immediately because it wasn’t worth $169.00 . It looked like a cheap bag from a sidewalk vendor . I’m emailing them daily for a refund and they have nothing but excuses . The last email accused me of stealing the accessories which came with the bag . Now reporting them to the BBB , my credit card company and will take every social media platform available to share my story . Avoid this company … it’s a scam

Don’t risk your time or money! Have bought several beautiful bags from them. Latest one is a cheap, knockoff, vinyl handles, lightweight, fake leather. Hideous. Customer service is refusing to refund my $80 saying it’s a final sale and now ignoring my emails. Not sure what’s going on that this company is selling goods from China. Beware!
