The original package was lost by the delivery agent. MCR were very responsive to my correspondence and arranged a replacement at no cost in very good time. Customer service was second to none.

A+ company that will make you feel that you are valuable to them , something a lot more companies need to get back to ! One of the products I purchased wasn't available at the time and the company was in constant communication , letting me know exactly when the product would be available and when it would be sent out for delivery! A refund was available too but I was in no rush for the product .

Nephew. High school. Positive encouragement.
My nephew who is currently in high school has picked up an interest in becoming a barber and obsessed with his tools, in a good way. He’s popped in on a few occasions to buy stuff from this shop including his clippers, and I have to say, with him being a young lad they have looked after him every time and given him positive encouragement. Really appreciated. Aware this shop is the “go to” supplier for barbers across the North West, keep it up!

Excellent and efficient service
This was the first occasion that I have had the need to purchase an item from this company. Their website was Easy to access and contained a comprehensive list of products to tempt a prospective buyer. Having made my selection the ordering process and method of delivery were completed and I received my product within a few days. A most impressive business transaction. Should I feel the need to purchase additional products I will not hesitate in buying from them again.
