Failed to complete quoted job. Failed to honor the quote

A quote was obtained to paint the house roof. They failed to paint the area above the dining room which is part of the roof. They have also said that the job took longer than expected. This was because they forced water under the roof metal with a water blaster. They were made aware that this could happen prior to them making their quote. They had to prep without a water blaster so the job took longer. They tried to get more money over and above their quote through their own stupidity. The roof is a simple design. They also failed a Health And Safety check.
