Very prompt delivery with reasonably priced postage to Channel Islands. VAT automatically removed at source, again very helpful. Item itself well priced compared with competitors.

Ordered the panels at a weekend and they were dispatched the first working day. Somehow the 3 package's got split up but that was DHLs fault not the seller. All arrived well packaged and even when I had an issue with DHL, Sunshine sorted immediately.

Excellent company to deal with. They went the extra mile to ammend an order for me and did some custom cables for me which was wonderful. Also fast delivery, and I will definitely use them again.

They provided some helpful technical advice on the phone, as a consequence I ordered two items online. The order was delivered in a few days.

Only half the order arrived with no indication that the rest would be delivered or had it been lost? After calling them they said the rest was still coming but that wasn’t until 3 days later, two days after I needed it!
No assembly instructions which would have been ok if it was as to be assembled as shown on the website but the panel frames delivered are not the same so I had to do the best I could with what they sent.
The frame sections are study but are significantly smaller than expected for the 500W 2m x 1.1m panels I’m using.

Looking to replace the inverter for my expedition Land Rover Discovery 1, I came across Sunshine Solar. Easy to use website, great range of inverters and a discounted price. Ordered straight away, along with a remote switch, fuse and wiring. Couldn't believe it when delivery was scheduled for the next day!

Love dealing with Sunshine solar. I wanted to upgrade the solar on my narrow boat. I think I would have blown my system up had I not rang there tech team first. The new system arrived within a few days. I’ve not fitted it yet but if my original system from Sunshine solar is anything to go by, I see nothing but satisfaction.
