Early days for me, but I engaged McEwan Fraser after another conveyancing solicitor took an age to get back to me. So far, so good. Kelsey Robertson has been prompt to relay information regarding the progress of my sale. She was the second point of contact for me in this firm and I appreciate their customer focused nature. If this is an indicator of how the selling process will progress overall, then I will be happy. I will no doubt add to this review later...

This is our second time of using McEwan Fraser Legal conveyancing service for buying and selling our home. On both occasions their service has been fantastic in terms of keeping in touch, raising concerns about potential issues and just for general advice. Their opening hours are also key, not just open Monday to Friday office hours which so often is the case with other service providers.

I just wanted to mention a very unique service that McEFL offer that many don't, personalised support for the buying process by one of their Purchase Negotiators. They work closely with you to help you to... navigate the buying process, looking at Home Reports, negotiating with Estate Agents prior to offers etc. This is especially useful for buyers moving to Scotland as its a massive help to navigate the Scottish way of buying houses for the first time.

Just to mention our amazing Purchase Negotiator this time round - Olivia Napier, we have been working with her now for a few weeks, helping us to buy our next home over a very broad part of Scotland. Olivia has provided an amazing service with very prompt responses to emails, sussing situations out for us and helping us to navigate the offer process. We would totally recommend McEFL & Olivia!

I recently engaged with the team to help me with a potential house purchase. For me the most important thing is good and frequent communication. Nari and Fin who I dealt with were superb on both of these points. I could not have asked for better service, very prompt, professional and friendly. Unfortunately we didn't get the house but I will be engaging again with MFL in future when we find another property. A1, 5 stars!

I recently sold my house using McEwan Fraser Legal, and could not be happier with the experience. The prospect of selling my home, having lived there for 40 years, was daunting and stressful however Diane, Rachel and the team made it feel completely manageable.

Diane provided an accurate valuation and I was very happy with the marketing package & viewing process. The communication throughout was excellent and she was available to assist with any questions I had. It was also helpful to have an online portal to check for updates after every single viewing.

On the legal side, Rachel was very professional and dealt with all the paperwork quickly and kept the sale moving efficiently toward completion.

I had a great experience with McEwan Fraser Legal - their negotiator, Kelsey, was incredibly helpful in obtaining my new flat, would definitely recommend.

On arrival Grant was very happy person to work with as he told me his name & who he works for & importantly he explained what he will be doing around the house. I was very relaxed about that & felt happy in knowing what’s happening. Am hard of hearing & we adapt around that if i couldn’t understand what he was saying at some points. Grant & I used the mobile phone to typing the messages to understood what was said. Felt really good with whole experience. Grant was busy with his role of the job & a happy person too. At the end of his tour of the house, he explained what was happening next & letting me know that about a week later I would get the results send out to me. Very good job done by Grant.
