What ever you do don’t give this company any credit, make sure they pay upfront. We’ve been chasing pay since February and have now reported the directors to companies house. Just a smoke screen of name changes and broken promises and they are extremely hard to get hold of.

Skip booked for Tuesday last week. Never came. Each day was told it would come, never came. Spoke to the manager Friday. He promised we would have it the next Tuesday. Never came. Today is Wednesday. Still no skip. Bizarrely the company say it was delivered this morning . It’s not there. The company is extremely difficult to contact, they don’t answer the phone.

Hired a skip for one week 3 weeks later still on my drive. Left loads of voicemails and my partner emailed them.

Don't pay drivers they owe me over 1000 pounds just filled form for county court

We've contacted consistently over the space of a few weeks to have a full skip collected as it's blocking our driveway. They keep saying it will be collected over the phone, but won't commit to a specific day or time, we were told it would be collected today, it still hasn't been and they won't pick up the phone. We are considering legal action to have to removed at this point.

I am sorry for this low rating. However, I had 2 skips,1 after the other, as I was moving out and clearing a lot of stuff. I asked for the second skip for a week as it was the end of my tenancy, but it is now 2 and a half weeks and it is still there. The agency has had the keys back on Monday (I called to make sure the skip would be removed that day as it still had not been removed) and they want to rent out the property. They will now have to remove it themselves at their cost and I will lose my deposit! I have tried calling today at 4.30 but no answer. (The website says 7pm close?) Anyway, I am very unhappy that it is now my problem to remove after all the stress of moving out as well!
The lady who answers the phone does not sound very interested - she sounds like she is being inconvenienced when I call. I would not use them again.

Ordered a skip for me for the next day and was at mine before lunch time. The driver waited for me to move a few cars off my drive.

When collected I phoned and said it was ready and collected the same day.

Wouldn't use anyone else.

Do not use, they don't seem to want to collect their skip from our driveway
Am considering taking legal action and charging them a daily rate.

We booked a skip to clear my elderly father's house and garden of clutter and an old crumbling shed. When I booked the skip, the company got back to me with my questions within half an hour and were very kind & helpful. They were also very clear about what sort of waste we could put into the skip, and about the need for an on-the-street permit, if that's where we wanted it. (The skip was actually put on private property.)

I mentioned that my father & his partner were elderly and vulnerable, so asked for patience. My father reported that the delivery driver was great.

When it came time to collect the skip, I phoned again, and the gent promised he'd collect the skip personally before midday, and he was as good as his word. He even phoned me to let me know once it had been removed (all this due to the nature of elderly customer.) So yes, I would happily recommend MC Environmental to anyone. If you have special needs, discuss it with them and I'm sure they'll take it on board and provide the best service they can.

Great company! Ordered a 10 yard at 7:00pm and next day at 8:00am was in front of my house: highly recommended!

Filled not in level , asked to pay £50 extra as for 10yards then send invoice for £60,used them first and last time, had over 40 skips so far from another local companies and never had such experience, they even left on site some laminate boards, not our Tv and chair.
Used them as A1skips were not able to deliver it that time next working day as this company
