Amazing purchase , kept me connected all through Europe (Schengen and UK). I have no complaints or anything to say about this eSIM. Ill be sure to purchase it again when I’m back in Europe!

Very quick to assist if I have had an issue. Problem fixed fast and first time.

Needed a start date adjustment for my upcoming trip. After few text messages, Maya adjusted the date to my satisfaction.

Great thing to have I had one little blip but I am talking 20 minutes then for the 14 nights it was quality would recommend this anyone well worth the money

We recently went to Seattle and did a cruise to Alaska. I bought two esims - one for the days in Seattle and one to cover the cruise (land and sea esim). My husband bought a Vodafone travel esim so we could make calls locally and to back home.

The maya esim worked great! Got great signal in the middle of the ocean but was hit and miss as we went through the fjords. Certain spots in Alaska also had poor single but this was also the case with my husband's vodafone sim.

We are a family of four and wifi access is important for my ASD son.

Is it as good as the ship wifi - probably not as we struggled in some ports too.

Is it better than spending £300 for ship wifi and however much extra for land wifi - YES.

I imagine if we did a cruise in Europe we won't have any of the intermittent wifi drop outs but on the whole I would use them again.

Unlimited data yes. But after certain gb it slows down to 10mbps.

Hopefully maya can give high data capacity instead. Since some user need to download bigger file from time to time

Made a mistake loading up my eSIM and the customer support was exceptional.

All sorted in a couple of WhatsApp messages with a human!!! no chat bot that didn’t understand and gave me an answer to another random question I hadn’t asked. Brilliant!

Now have a global esim and I certainly won’t be using any others.

Used a Maya eSIM in South Africa and the coverage was great so I’m sure the global ones will be equally good.

I am just deleting the travel esims from my other devices and replacing them with a Maya ones.

damn best esim, and the customer service where really doing there job right.

The experience was good overall for speed and usage in china, but i could not rely 100% on maya esim because at many places in china the sim didn't worked properly. i had to use a chinese physical sim as a backup at such places

My data sim did not work at all in Mexico. US was patchy as well. Use in Canada was fine. Definitely not usable in Mexico though where I spent a week without data sadly. On this basis, I’d suggest user just buy a local sim where possible

I personally have used Maya Mobile in Scotland and Jamaica and had wonderful experiences with it. I work as a travel agent and have recommended it to my clients. Today we had an issue I contacted the support team and the probably was immediately resolved! I will use them again and again

Quick simple connection better than the rest

Maya is great! It works perfectly everywhere and the customer service team is always ready to help offering an immediate response and solution.

It has worked for me, excellent customer service. I had a small incident with my eSIM and it was quickly fixed.

I faced some issues with buying i new esim and instead I mistakenly purchased a new plan on an existing esim on my old phone. I contacted the costumer support and they replied withing few minutes and they gave me a code so i can buy a new esim for free. Although it was my mistake they sort it out very quickly, professionally, and friendly.

7 day pass for Tunisia, excellent connection and speed, even on the golf courses. I dread to think what it would’ve cost me on my own network. 100% recommendation from

I’ve had to use maya customer service twice because of a fault of my own purchasing the wrong sim or an extra plan instead of a separate sim but both times they’ve resolved the issue so quickly and efficiently. I’ll always use maya for my travel sims

Quick respond, quickly found a solution

Absolutely appalling service and even worse customer service.

I’m away from home for 6 months and bought this eSIM specifically so I could stay connected and keep in touch with my family. The service has constantly let me down, leaving me repeatedly struggling with the connection and unable to properly contact my family when I needed to.

When I raised the issue and requested a refund, I was simply told that because their records showed data usage, I was not entitled to any refund. Their response was essentially that the plan “worked correctly” because data had been used.

Using data does not mean the service was reliable or that I received the service I paid for. I had no choice but to keep trying to use it because I was away from home and needed a way to stay in contact with my family.

Being away for 6 months is difficult enough without paying for a service that constantly lets you down, then being told you cannot receive a penny back because you managed to use some data despite the ongoing issues.

Completely unacceptable. I feel completely let down and will not be using this company again.

In many area the signal was present but the speed of connection was very low .
