Faulty product within 2 weeks of use, don't accept returns
We purchased a treadmill in June 2024 and not even two weeks after receiving it needed a technician to visit our home and check the product - there was a constant noise and the belt kept slipping after multiple cleanings and adjustments. So far the technician visited two times and the machine is in unusable condition for 5 weeks as we are still waiting for the manufacturer to send a replacement part to the technician. They are selling faulty products that require parts being replaced within a month of purchase, so do not buy. I tried returning but they are 'trying' to exhaust all 'options' at fixing the problem before they would consider a return, so again, do not buy anything from them.

Dishonest - Unreliable - Unprofessional
The courier service who delivered the ordered item made up for what Maxxus Maxxus messed up.
I ordered an item and was told that it couldnt be delivered since nobody was home (two things: lockdown and me being sick....). After I followed up with Maxxus Maxxus they told me the courier had the address wrong. When I met the delivery driver however he told me that they provided the wrong address. Thumbs up for DFE - Down for Maxxus Maxxus
Unprofessional - Dishonest - Unreliable.
Never going to order anything again and certainly won't recommend
