despatch time was excellent. the guys who delivered it put it on the bed and unwrapped it for me. couldnt be more helpful.

I had been struggling to sleep due to pain in my back & shoulders for some time. Believe me, I have tried all the companies with big brands but this one blew me off. After researching mattresses on the Internet 🛜 I decided to purchase a Max Ultra Firm Mattress & FREE 2 luxury memory foam pillows. It’s like a cherry on top of cream :)

The pain in my back and shoulders were alleviated after the first night (Touch wood) I'm pleased to say that after several weeks the neck pain has now ease off.

We bought a 1000 sprung mattress which did not suit our needs. We made use of the 100 night offer and changed it to a 3000 sprung. The service was second to none, the mattress is wonderful. Our sleep has improved so much.

Don’t be scammed by Max Mattress. I purchased ultra firm mattress and it has caused me back pain.
I have never had such a bad experience.
Within 30 nights out of 100 nights free trial, I have raised complaint. Instead of arranging collection, they have started to use delaying tactics.
Now, they have completely stopped responding.
I am end up having back pain, still on the same mattress because no refund has been issued and have not enough money yo buy new.

I am now reporting it to Trading Standards and Ombudsman.

Having purchased a more expensive mattress only 5 months previously and it giving us some back pain in the mornings after it claiming to be a firm mattress I definitely made the right choice this time with the Max Mattress. From the first sleep it has been great, exactly as described in the desciption.

An excellent, super comfortable mattress. I was initially a bit hesitant given that it appears to be a new-ish brand (and I’ve been burned before), but I’m really glad I went ahead with it. It was very reasonably priced, works like a dream and I have great sleep on it. Delivery was also arranged very promptly and seamlessly. Probably the most fuss-free purchase I’ve had doing up my house!

Awaiting my refund as I wanted to pay in instalments but before I could do anything the whole amount was taken quickly which I can’t afford. Waiting for a refund .
Chat also was not working , and no contact numbers to get this sorted.
Given me a terrible headache. May have to to the ombudsman if refund is not forthcoming 👎

Didn’t deliver the mattress on time. It’s saying 1-3 days delivery but we received after 2weeks.

Absolutely love this mattress. I was nearly put off by bad reviews on here but I haven’t experienced any problems. The mattress is like sleeping on a cloud, my body is supported well and my back hasn’t felt this good in two years. I ordered on a bank holiday Monday, it was delivered on the Friday. The only reason I gave it one less star than 5 was because the delivery was at 6:49am which was annoying and not even social hours so I’m not sure why it was so early.

Great service all round

The delivery was 7 to 10 days not the 3 to 5 days they stated but the wait was well worth it as the mattress has a fantastic support and is super comfortable ( I got a firm ) and now I'm having a deeper and longer sleep. So that delivery time is long forgotten 😄

Overall a good mattress but it's a bit hard for me .

We just fell in love with our ultrafirm mattress. Best nights ever. 10/10 quality and service. Highly recomended.

A genuinely supportive and comfortable mattress! Cannot feel my husbands movement getting in and out of bed or tossing and turning so it also gives us a better nights sleep from that point of view! I was nervous ordering a mattress online tag we had never tried but I’m very very glad we did!!

No customer service contact to call for complaints
Very unhappy and unpleased with your services.
