This was my first time dealing with such a claim, it is a confusing process, but our adjuster, Alex, was extremely helpful and patient in ensuring that I understood each step in the process and assisting me when ever I didn’t know how I needed to proceed.

Nathan listened to me respectfully. He also didn’t rush me or push me. I have severe anxiety and PTSD. So I don’t do well with pushy or people who don’t listen. He was also knowledgeable. Answered my questions, even if they were over and over again.
