This company made more undergrounds responsible for for every time beside my cause and found exactly that was my expected solution so i would like to say thank so much for all staff numbers that they doing well done job.

Kelly helped me very much, this is first time I had porperty damage due to Strata issue, I was so sad. Kelly helped me to go though the hard time.

Better communication could be

I would like to appreciate Mathew J my adjuster for all the assistance he has provided me during this difficult time of going through the claim.
Right from day 1 he was so indetailed, precise and transparent. Even when he was busy with other claims and tasks he made sure to keep me posted about the developments and next steps. He always explained me everything in detail and always kept constant communication with me through out the process. He was always on top of everything while working with third party vendors. Thank you so much Mathew J for all the support you have provided. We really need more people like you in this industry who actually go an extra mile to help the clients. I highly recommend Max Insurance because they actually do what they say and help people. Cheers to Mathew J again.

What made my experience with Max Insurance great was the consistent patience, professionalism, and clear communication I received throughout the entire claims process. As someone whose first language is not English, I truly appreciated how understanding and supportive the team was. Matthew, in particular, demonstrated exceptional patience by explaining each step carefully and responding to my questions with clarity and kindness. This made me feel respected and reassured during what could have been a very stressful time.

This is my first time having to go through insurance and Bradley from Max Insurance made it very smooth. Our basement had a sewage backup and their team was very responsive from the remediation, updates, options with emails and calls.

Bradley took the time to explain what needed to happen, the length of time the process may take and answer the million questions with judgement. They even asked how was my experience with the contractor they sent out and if they were doing well in the middle of the process

It was a pleasant surprise to receive such great service.

Great way communicate and understand client situation and help them within quick time frame

Because I have never had to submit a claim before, I was very surprised at how long this whole process took to complete from start to finish and in my case, it was a very small issue.

Otherwise, it was a positive experience.

Insurance company response is good, always try to follow up. But the repair company that the insurance company work with is not efficient. It took it over 2.5m to finish the repair ( as they said they are very busy ). For us it is a rental unit so the repair to be completed in a timely manner is very important . So the wait just left us with some disappointment.

The process we work with Oliver was a great experience! Oliver is very knowledgeable, professional, considerate, and super efficient!

Overall the experience was good, but at times it was very difficult to get in touch with my claims adjuster to get updates.

Neesha was awesome turning an horrible experience with Max’s assigned contractor and made things right. I wish I recognized the signs and tapped out earlier or reversed decisions to use the contractor.
Neesha turned a zero experience rating around to a 4. (Neesha is a 10+) always patient and empathetic with the situation. I am sure she explained things 10 times. She escalated the situation to her superiors for resolution.

This is the first claim I have ever filed. It was dealt with quickly and efficiently. It was easy to provide the information to the adjuster and I received the insurance payout much faster than expected. I was very happy with the service and communication.

Insurance claims are never something people enjoy. That being said, my experience was the best you could get in the circumstances. Professional and attentive and straight forward.

Response time was low and overall experience was seamless

In recent years, I have never met an insurance company with such an honest attitude. My adjuster, Marcy H., is a very professional and honorable lady. Truly impressed with Max Insurance!
