Disgusting customer service
Disgusting customer service. I recieved a ring which was dull in shine, not what the picture showed. When i askee for a refund which is in my rights i was told a partial refund only. How ridiculous. And now we are emailing forward and back bartering on a refund price. This site should not be legal.

I have had a wonderful experience! From my perspective. The best part about this jewelry store was that they were so nice to be able to order online!!
They’re such a great store! Easily to communicate with the customers. I have never had any issues with them. They’ve always had a good amount of the selection displayed on their website so organizing the product was very beautiful and easy to do with a lot of different styles and sizes! Too many of the designs were very exquisitely crafted with a lot of details that were very easy to selects from all of their own designs. I have to admit that I liked them all but I don’t really have any particular preference for the design style unless I know what I’m looking for or have a specific idea of the occasion!!

Nice Quality
Picking out the desired ring was the hardest part. Shipping took about a week and few days, not bad. I got the ring and it is very pretty but a bit over the top for me. Which is the only reason Im returning it. It stands really high off my hand,( I'll get it hung on everything) and it has a lot of intricate under carriage work that is not in any pictures. Packaging was really secure, silver polish cloths included, cleaning instructions inside, all 3 rings boxed separately, return instructions inside.

Captivating Brilliance
Delivered earlier than expected. The fire in the moissanite is beautiful but almost a bit to much of a sparkle. I do wish there was a 1 ct. option. i feel that its a bit large and snags on things. i wear it 24/7 and its held up so far (2 weeks). i am allergic to anything that is not Stirling Silver, Gold, Platinum, so i was worried that the band was fake S925 Stirling, i have had no reaction to it so that's also a plus. if you want to make a flashy big loud statement, this is your ring. if you want something simple, soft or minimal, definitely not for you.
