The website is ok

The website is ok, but you sent me the grill with the half-smooth cooking plate and the smoked one with the striations. I ordered it as in the presentation picture with the smooth plate.

The feedback is misleading!

I just got feed back from them and it says the rubber gets warm but no. It isn't. The rubbers are fine.
The refrigerator not getting cold already after a year and the entrance (where the door close) is continuously warm (even hot).

To bring this isn't possible. Firstly it's big, I don't have the transportation and it's far.

Still in short, when purchasing this big machine and this quality but don't offer the service repair at spot. (Even with charge) It's definitely not a recommendation.

I did blame myself made wrong choice anyway.

Although the company itself offers…

Although the company itself offers quality products/services, our experience with their logistics partner dASCHER has been extremely disappointing. Not only have they failed to deliver our products, but they also falsely claim that the items have already been received. Communication has been exceptionally poor, making it nearly impossible to resolve the issue. We strongly urge the company to reconsider this collaboration, as it severely damages the customer experience and undermines trust.

Good company

Good company. Delivery was much faster from Netherlands to Lithuania than ordering through local distriburors in Lithuania. Sometimes sitting at the office is more efficient than driving through shops :))) Thanks for the replacement parts!

Technical & Transport

The technical team is answering very fast and helped me, thank you.
The Dachser transportation cost is very very expensive. We have a carrier at a very good price but the goods are not palletized (example mixer with code 09362101) and for this reason we cannot arrange transportation. I'd like if in we can solve the situation. Thank you.
