Thank you for reporting the problem with your percolator. We understand that this can be very annoying and have carefully investigated your situation with our technical service.

Their findings indicate that the leak is probably the result of insufficient maintenance of the appliance. Unfortunately, this type of damage is not covered by the warranty conditions.

best supplier of gastro equipment

Our company United Coffee Club collaborates excellently with Maxima and the products are very good price and quality:)
Product very well packed for transport and the charging system works perfectly. At first it was a little difficult to understand how the charging part works, but later everything went perfectly. Thx Maxima!

The transport price is too big

The transport price for any ordered item is too big.
If I order 20 articles the transport price is cumulating from each product and the amount is huge.
They should make a discount (only for transport) when you order more than 1 product.
