Shipping is quick to nearby countries, returning was easy apart from long shipping times due to Black Friday and Cyber Week. Would recommend to friends and family!
All my orders were sent correctly on the day of the order. The speed of the work is amazing (I have never seen anything like it), the response time of the technical support was about 4 minutes and this is given that I did not write in the online chat on the site, but wrote a letter by mail (staff was very friendly and straight to business, we solve my problem in 15 min). The package always has a seal inside to avoid damage during transportation, and there is also a branded ribbon that looks very nice and clean. Store site have very good design which doesn't hurt your eyes (very convenient when you're sitting in a room without lighting), the amount of good and VERY good brands is insane. They also have Discord server where you can ask any questions and staff members can help you there and don’t forget community there, which is amazing and very skilled in terms of gaming gear. The only thing I would like to add is the presence of branded stickers in the parcels, but this is a personal desire.
Had a support agent named Nick, what a wonderful expirence it was. He was petient well informed and very efficient. Overall himself and max gaming resolved my issue and definitely gained a loyal customer moving forward. Thank you guys so very much.

Incredibly poor warranty replacement experience
I am the second owner of a mouse purchased from them, and unfortunately, the mouse developed an issue requiring an RMA warranty replacement, which was immediately approved. The RMA process involved describing the problem via email, recording a YouTube video of the issue, printing papers to explain the problem, and providing all customer information. All of this was sent to them by email and written on the RMA paperwork that accompanied the RMA package.
After all this, they sent the mouse to the first owner. This strongly suggests they didn’t bother reading any of the information provided about the mouse and its issues. I asked them to arrange delivery of the package to me, as it was already in Finland. But they refused and blamed me for not informing them that I was the product's owner. As if I hadn’t already done all of the above under my name and clearly explained the situation.
They say there’s nothing they can do, and I need to contact the previous owner, who must send them a written confirmation that the product ownership has truly transferred. And I, who sent the product to them for warranty replacement with a receipt and matching product serial number, don’t meet their requirements for proof. This could be acceptable under consumer protection law, but it should be stated in their warranty terms on their website, which of course, they don’t have. They are making up new rules in the middle of RMA handling just to be difficult and break the consumer protection law.
I’ve told them that the warranty is tied to the product, not its current owner. This is clearly stated in consumer protection laws across different European countries. After this, they stopped responding on every communication channel.
Currently, I am reaching out to consumer protection authorities, hoping they can assist with the situation. It’s unbelievable how a simple issue and a mistake made by the company have been turned into such a difficult process, with the consumer being blamed. It seems many people lack the humility to admit a mistake and resolve it promptly.
I would never recommend buying anything from this company which is frauding their customers of their products.

It can be extremely hard for customers to follow this when you do not provide information to the customer via your website or when handling the RMA. You still don't have mention about the ownership transfer anywhere. It also might be hard for the customer when you purposfully fraud them and lie about the procedure of RMA handling. Also you won't admit doing wrong as you completely ignored all the emails and papers provided to you during the whole process.
It's not the customer being confused, it is you lying and frauding the customer.
For all future customers I would really wish you to consider other shops. European Consumer Center said in the email I got from them that Maxgaming is very familiar to them and their Swedish office. Apparently quite a few other customers have had similar experiences as I have.
I'm also still waiting for replies and answers for the product I legally own, but still haven't got any.

Since MaxGaming responded almost a year after my review I would like to share how the experience has gone.
The situation wasn't and is not complicated. I can explain it to you as it seems to be for you.
I owned a product with a receipt for it proving I'm legally the owner of it. It is from your store and it had a fault which was agreed to be replaced by the warranty. You messed up and sent to replacement to wrong person and blamed me. Made up the story that you tell here that you require documentation of ownership change, which you still do not mention in your FAQ or any other place in your website. You therefore break the law and blame the customer for it.
After this you decided to break another law by not providing GDPR statements to me and are still upholding it in the face of EU law enforcement.
I cannot understand how hard it is to say sorry and fix your mistakes but to triple down and just make more of them and blame everybody else on them. You are the example of how to do everything wrong.

I've ordered multiple times now and, I haven't had any issues so far. I did get a heavily discounted AC+ XXL Wave Green mousepad that had QC issues. They responded in a timely manner and offered an acceptable solution. I'm not sure whether it was reduced in price because of the (known?) QC issues or because they have a surplus of X-raypad mousepads...
I received a shipping label and they refunded promptly after receiving the mousepad back. (Note that it takes a few days to inspect the item before they refund/replace/repair).
Customer service is good, although refund is not the default solution. I believe they usually offer repair and replacement first.
There's no free shipping available sadly. Shipping is 10eur to Belgium for me, which is on the steeper side compared to the other big gaming websites available to me, but their prices are competitive when it comes to certain things like my favorite mousepad.
On the night 4th of November 2024 I ordered the Hitscan Hyperlight + 8k dongle and an AC+ XL SQ Wave black. On Tuesday, less than 12h later, my package was already dispatched. It's safe to say shipment is fast af boiii.
Either way, as long as nothing changes, I'll keep using this website. Customer service is everything for me, and this website has quickly become one of my favorites. If they'd only add free shipping for orders from somewhere between 50-150eur, they'd be the best.
