The order was completed and dispatched in the morning after a late night order submission. The shipment came quicker than expected even though it was an e commerce service. Great EU store to buy anyth... See more

If you are an American customer do not order from them unless you use PayPal. I placed an order that got stuck at customs. The reason it got stuck at customs was because Max gaming screwed something up on the paperwork. I reached out to them it took about four weeks to finally hear back from someone who had said don’t worry this happens all the time it’s not really stuck you’ll receive your item any day. They even told me they check the shipping that went through. I waited a few more weeks nothing happened but luckily you can file a claim on PayPal which is why I always use them when I can. PayPal then reached out to them which they need a couple days for a response but require proof that I received the item since Max gaming obviously could not do that I finally got my money back.
I will say this was my second time using them and my first time I received everything just fine but I have heard a lot of sketchy stories like them charging for repackaging fees for items that were never opened. Honestly if you’re in America lethal gaming gear is great never had a single issue with them and the one time they got something wrong they immediately fixed it. But I would pretty much only use them for an absolutely last resort. Like if there’s a mouse you’re dying to have right when it comes out they do do a lot of pre-orders. But even then and even if you pay for express shipping expect your things to still take three weeks to show up Which makes no sense because I did regular shipping with xtrfy Who is in Sweden if I’m not mistaken or Germany one of the two and the items both came in five days. Same experience with lamzu and they’re in China. All of them use DHL and Max gaming was the only one I actually paid express shipping But it still took three weeks. I would just avoid them if you can. And their customer service is horrible.
I ordered a artisan hien. Returned the pad „without notice“. So they subtracted a 10€ fee + also subtracted a shipping cost for some reason, even though postage was paid for already. Basically don't buy from them if you are not 100% sure you will keep the products. They just take their brand new product back and give you 70% of your money as if they bought it back used. I suppose it is a legal scam, not recommended!!
Terrible customer support unwilling to take action regarding a non-delivered item, according to the Universal Postal Convention. No refund was issued and no new attempts to start a new errand were made.
Although it takes a while, the return policy is well set and the customer service is helpful.
So back in December, I read all the bad reviews, and I took a gamble on the website. I ordered a G PRO X Superlight for a ridiculously cheap price and an Aqua Control II mousepad. It's now almost June, both are still flawless. I ordered from Spain, and although it took a bit longer than Amazon or any other company would, it arrived exactly when it said it would. If you live in the EU I would for sure recommend this site, sells cheap gaming stuff, a lot of which isn't available outside of the US.
They charged me 11€ as a handling fee. I orderd something and they were not able to give me a correct invoice, so I had to return it. THen they charged 11€ as a handling and shipment fee... never ever again
I've been waiting for a response from support for several days now, but no answer.
Once long time customer seriously annoyed.
Other businesses can figure it out no problem why cant you??
In 2024 this is clearly a choice to be Anti UK
Weird stance... Especially considering the type of people that shop here certainly didnt vote for it.
Had a very weird issue with a gaming mice i bought from them, where the left mouse button was defective out of the box, and broke within 30 days.
At first they refused to RMA so I had to talk directly with the manufacturer and forward the messages to MaxGaming and it took two weeks to convince them it was a QC issue and not my fault.
I will buy again from them cause the experience ended well (they promised to send me a replacement asap) and the support was quick and understanding.
Good afternoon, I want to share my purchasing experience and customer service: I had a problem when I placed my order due to my delivery address, I contacted the info-maxgaming email and was assisted by the best Advisor they have in their company Linn Anderson, I explained my address problem to him and he was so efficient in solving my problem that was a torment for me, that I don't know how to thank him for his kind attention and speed. I thank Maxgaming for having the products I want and thanks to Linn Anderson for helping me, I would like to give you 100 stars but I can only give you 5

Overcharging for delivery, and still not providing. Support came with some lame excuses but no refund. Avoid this website.
Excellent ccustomer support, had an issue with one of the switch and immediately agree to replace the unit. Their after sales response is great....!!!! product look and feel is good compare to other magnesium mouse, Once I receive the newer one, can provide more info about its reliability & performance.
Great price, fast shipping!
I was a little anxious after reading all several negative comments about delivery issues etc., so decided to buy via Klarna to make sure I received the products I ordered before paying.
Not only did MaxGaming have the best price for Lizard skin PS5 grip for my sons PS 5 controllers, but they were delivered to The Netherland within a week.
Estimation was 12 days, which I would have been happy with, but this was even better than expected.
Shipping times are okay. I sadly didnt like the Product i bought in the end, asked for a return, got a Label and shipped it back. They had to ship it back to their Warehouse that took a bit of time (around a Week) Mattias from their Customer Service was super friendly, helpful and didnt play around the fact it can take longer for a return. Overall pleasant experience.
only words of praise to those from maxgaming! they solved my warranty problem with a mouse very quickly! they sent me a new one so quickly that I didn't feel like the old one broke! :) thank you for the impeccable warranty service!
