I asked Robbert at Max Guitar if he could find a Nik Huber Krautster II for me in Petrol Blue and within the day he sent me a photo of the exact guitar in the process of being finished at the Huber shop. Robbert provides incredible service and has incredible personal connections within the world of guitars. Could not ask for more from any company. Highly recommended. Last week Robert from Max Guitar called me with great news, He said my new Lakewood M32 custom is finished and I could pick it up.

I have the guitar for one week now and want to say that I'm very pleased with it. It's a wonderful guitar, it looks, sounds and plays better than i expected.
The initials on the 12th fret also came out perfectly.

Payment through Paypal was a breeze. I ordered and paid the guitar at the end of the week. On Monday I got the invoice and an update on the shipping. 2 days later the guitar arrived to Hungary without any problems - shipping via UPS was great. Great experience overall and the instrument is gorgeous!

Received the Ibanez LGB30 NT today. The guitar needed a small string adjustment, I set the action a little lower. Other than that the guitar is perfect.

These gentlemen, for calling them in a polite way since they are not, responded to my WhatsApp in a very sarcastic way. I asked them quite politely about a guitar model they had in stock to see if they could match the price of another European store that had the same model and they said no, they can't, they are not in the guitar business to lose. money.Just answering that they couldn't was enough.The sarcastic tagline was unnecessary.Also, before all this, I have been receiving messages from them in my email for two years advertising sales that if we do 20 years anniversary etc. and then make them an offer to see if they can match the price and respond in such ways and such. shapes. I recently bought a used Gibson Les Paul 50s from Max Guitar. Unfortunately I couldn’t go to the shop because I live in Munich, but Robbert was very helpful and answered all my questions.
They did a setup according to my preference and sent the guitar on the same day.
It arrived in perfect condition and exactly as described.

I hope to come to The Hague some time in the future to visit the shop! :)

Was chasing a guitar pedal that’s backordered all over the world. Ordered in 3 different shops because they said units were available but then waiting time went up to 12 months. In between I ordered at Max Guitars but cancelled my order, then asked them to keep my order on hold until I let them know because I was waiting for another shop to confirm availability. At the end Max Guitars were the only ones with the pedal truly in stock. But most importantly staff was patient with me, service was incredibly friendly and mail exchange extremely fast. Definitely recommend checking them out!

had some questions about a guitar that was from my dad.
They were verry helpful and provided me with information after i have sent them the pictures of it.
Besides helpful answers they are very friendly and do try to help you out even if you cant come to the shop.
