I had this watch shipped to my PO Box and I wasn't able to receive it in time before my Post Office returned it. They shipped it again to my home for free. Great communication and great company to do business with. Watch is great quality, I will be buying from them again.

They did the the "eta is X but well get it for you earlier" trick, which i didnt mind at all. Im an event planner and had an important event which i had given up the hopes of receiving it before it but i did and was really happy.
