Whatch it is looking great. My disappointment is regarding the box it's coming in. It looks and feels very cheap. You can do better then that. It's not matching the watch.

The only issue, was to took a bit longer for delivery... which may have been caused by weather.

I’m giving it five stars, although shipping took quite a while. My husband wanted the watch, so I got it for him supposedly for Christmas. He is wearing it now because he likes it a lot.

I bought a watch as a gift,my son is very hapy with,color,size and thinness.
It just sits beautifully on his hand.

Very conciencious is how I would best describe them. My automatic watch arrived much sooner than expected and it was very well wrapped. Exactly as the pictures described, the watch was beautiful. Presentation alone was terrific. I would highly rate and recommend this expereince.

The watch came a lot faster than had been portrayed, in the reviews, I had read. Which was a very pleasant surprise. To New Zealand, no less.
It is a beautiful watch, that wears perfectly on my wrist! I purchased the bracelet, and two leather strap (black and brown) combo. Which are quality, and easy to switch over. I have no complaints, or criticisms.... Well done!

The best customer service I have experienced in a long time! They were quick to reply to questions, very fast shipping and there was even great follow up. The watch I ordered was exactly what I wanted, an excellent buy, beautiful design, really stands out! I will absolutely be a repeat customer.

I bought a watch for my husband’s 50th birthday from Matthew Mercury and it didn’t disappoint. I actually went and bought another one which was the same design but black. They are very stylish, well made and well worth the money. I highly recommend this product.

The watch is beautiful but unfortunately can’t say same thing about the delivery time (3 weeks). Was a birthday gift but arrived couple days late 😤

I love the watch! The delivery process was less than stellar. Very little information. These days you can generally see your item in transit the whole way.

Their team followed up diligently and ensured full satisfaction. My watch is elegant and versatile, perfectly complementing any outfit. Outstanding brand!

The time between purchase and delivery was excessively long. I had to contact them by email to complain about the delivery. From that moment on, everything went very quickly.
