I ordered two items, but one arrived alone. When I queried this I had a very fast response from the contact form, an explanation, an apology and the missing items sent to arrive the following day. Excellent.
The products are great.
However I had issues with import taxes to Europe. When bringing this issue to customer support. They did answer once basically telling me it was my problem, and they further ghosted any of my responses. I would encourage any EU citizen to buy the books through Amazon instead.
