Excellent customer service. Very personal touch from company for keeping in touch with me regularly and even calling Australia Post personally as the parcel was held up due to Covid postal delays. Would definitely ship with Matea again.

Amazing service, over & above!
I ordered with Matea Designs and needed to get my delivery ASAP for an event. Matea Design were amazing and express posted it for me. Unfortunately somewhere in transit the parcel was lost in the post.
This was not the fault of Matea Designs but they were so helpful in the situation and went out of their way to help.
I will definitely be shopping with them again!
