Lack of providers.
no promotions,
lack of games from the few providers they have.
no reason to use this casino since it can truly be ranked as one of the worse for variety.

if you can give me a counter point or tell me anything remotely good about your casino i will remove the review.

cannot attest to sportsbook., but the casino/slot side of the site is horrible.

asked live chat if there was anything good about the casino they dodged the question.

account is permanently closed as suggested by live chat.

Easy to deal with, unlike other providers, no hanging around just pick up your message and they actually get back to you.

Been waiting over two days for my withdrawal request to be cleared and sent to me.never had a issue before usually you get within a couple of hours until now it’s a small withdrawal as well

Have been using Matchbook consistently since June 2024. Have remained profitable over the long haul. Had a brief issue with some account restrictions today, in which they wanted an honest and clear explanation. Gave one annd then the issue was resolved within less than 20 minutes.

Was really good and had no problems withdrawing funds but now holding £70 over several days without explanation or responding to my emails. Feels like a scam. Gambling is a murky world.

Been a customer for 5 years using the account recreationally, fully verified. Dared to use a VPN recently whilst on holiday and hit with the biggest request of funds blah blah blah etc which of course I refuse and close account to move on. What a way to treayt loyalty!!

Accidentally put a monthly deposit limit of 500 when I first signed up and takes way too long to change. Have contacted them at least 10 times trying to change it along with documents. Verification services take way too long. Customer service guy named Gary told me not contact them anymore, not much empathy & customer service. Wouldn't have been a problem if I set it to a higher deposit limit at the beginning. I just don't understand why it takes so long to fix this simple mistake I made at signup. I did not even ask that high of a limit. Especially since my friend registered with a 8000 limit and has been fine.

A slight hiccup in the signing up process was dealt with quickly. So far, so good.
