The real Matador Publishing (not 'Matador Publishers' as this scam organisation is called) is a brand that has been affiliated with Troubador for many years and that we retired in 2024. We own the rights to that company (as can be found on Companies House). I confirm that this company is a scam organisation targeting authors by pretending to be affiliated with Troubador Publishing. Please avoid at all costs. If you are in any doubt, please get in touch with us directly via email or phone (both of which can be found on our official website), and we can confirm whether you are speaking to the correct person or not.

It seems like this company's website has been hacked/taken over by a team of scammers. I was a fool for handing them my money without a guarantee or proof of their claims. THEY ARE A SCAM - AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. They lie 4 times out of 5 regarding their promotion claims; regarding when you will receive some royalty payment; regarding any matter you bring up with them. Their scam is they sell you something they say is worth $100 but give you $1 of value. Like I said, a clever scam team TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
