Tony’s communications are 10 out of 10. He is quick to respond to any email queries most often replying by phone which is exceptional. He goes out of his way to assist and reassure if orders are delayed and happy to change an order for another title if preferred.

Personalised Online Shopping
The unique selling point I can think of this is the closest you will get you to shopping in a brick and mortar store without leaving your home. They may sell predominantly more expensive audiophile records. However, the personalised service and quality of the product makes up for this. Ordered for first time on a Tuesday evening and had them on my turntable after work Thursday. The owner Tony is a gent and is quick to respond to any stock queries. Will happily use again
